WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Some of my products are available on Etsy. For others please contact me via the Contact form, Facebook, or email. Alternatively, follow my Facebook page and/or Instagram for updates on craft fairs, open houses, and other opportunities to browse my products.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY PURCHASE?

All of my pottery is hand-thrown and fired in my studio and, as such, every piece is unique. Whilst each item meets a high personal standard of quality, variation from the photographs and slight imperfections should be expected as part of the pottery process and hopefully appreciated as part of each piece's individual character. All sizes are approximate and subject to slight change.

HOW CAN I LOOK AFTER MY PURCHASE?

My pottery is made for everyday use. It is food resistant, dishwasher safe and stain resistant, having been biscuit fired, glazed and, finally, high fired in an electric kiln. Being dropped from a height onto a hard surface may cause some damage.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I happily accept the return of any item deemed unsatisfactory. If you have any problems, please return the item within 12 days in an undamaged condition, with postage fully paid. The item will then be replaced or refunded.
